The first month of 2019 went by in the blink of an eye (I know that’s pretty much the drill every year.) After all, committing to those new year resolutions is no cake walk. But that doesn’t mean you don’t chalk out your travel goals for the next 11 months of the year!
Read on 3 must-dos to add to your travel bucket list, and mark this year as the first of your many experiential travel memories to come.
1. Travel with interest-based groups
Human existence on the internet can be a confusing, an endless subject of discussion because it is home to all things quirky, weird, fun, and everything in between. But amidst all of this, the internet is also home to the familiar. It lets you discover like-minded people who clone your thoughts, goals, and idea of the perfect travel! Wouldn’t it be amazing to discover a bunch of people who love discovering nooks and crannies like you? Or a batch of people as obsessed with world heritage sites as you? Discover these groups online and take a trip with them this year. This will allow you to wander without a second thought, and keep FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) at bay, and most importantly you won’t be exploring places or experiences that don’t meet your interest!
2. Take a road trip with Royal Enfield
If you’re someone who loves to begin a road trip with the rising sun, chase the setting sun through the evening, and admire a starry night, then the Royal Enfield road trip experience is the one you want to have. Grab your biker friends, and take a road trip with Royal Enfield to experience the surreal hues, and views in the lap of nature up and close! Creating modern classics since 1901, Royal Enfield motorcycles are known to be best friends with the most twisty roads, and challenging bents. A biker friend will vouch for its engineering, handlebars, lights, and pretty much all of it suited for ease on the long road. Some of the recommended roads to explore with Royal Enfield are Zoji La Pass, Manali-Leh Highway, Bangalore to Kundremukh.
3. Treat yourself with a staycation
In case you’re not familiar with the term, a staycation refers to a leisurely holiday spent in a comfortable hotel, resort, or homestay with experiences and visits located in proximity. My personal favourite choice, in this case, is to opt for a destination resort, the one that offers an elaborate experience with regards to recreational activities, cuisines, accommodation, letting you have a taste of the local best yet in the comfort of your hotel slippers! Better even if you have an enormous lawn to stroll in, and an infinity pool to overlook a breath-taking view. A staycation is best recommended when looking to take a quick pause to catch up on some sleep and sanity (We all need to focus on the latter once in a while, don’t we?)
